Upon its successful implementation, DEFEND acts as an integral communication component to existing MERS999 service employed by government agencies and critical infrastructure providers. DEFEND able to notify through messages (SMS and Mobile apps) to any individual, group of recipients, agencies workforce and/or person whether individual or in-group ad-hoc and/or in a scheduled form via DEFEND Broadcast solution.
